Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton herb with garlic soup mix
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 1 1/2 lb. mixed vegetables (sliced or cubed zucchini, yellow squash, red and green sweet peppers, carrots)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic Ziploc bag, add vegetables, oil and soup mix.
Shake well to coat.
Empty bag into shallow roasting pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once, or until vegetables are tender.
