Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. cubed steak or stew beef, cut in bite size chunks
1 stick butter or margarine
2 onions, chopped
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce or 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste with 2 c. water and 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Melt butter.
Brown meat and onions in butter.
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cook until meat is tender (1 to 2 hours).
Add sour cream; stir to mix well.
Serve warm over cooked noodles.
