Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket (3 to 4 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
    4 oz. can mushrooms (with juice)
    1 can beef gravy (10 1/4 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients together.
    Wrap brisket in foil after pouring on ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour per pound at 300\u00b0.
    Cool and slice cold across the grain.
    Heat gravy and pour over sliced meat.
    Heat in oven about 30 minutes, until hot.
