Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. scalded milk, cool
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. potato flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In large bowl mix together all ingredients except flour. Knead in flour.
    Cover with clean towel.
    Put in dark warm place. Let double. Knead again.
    Roll out into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
