Jalapeno Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. ground green bell pepper
    1/4 c. ground, fresh jalapenos
    1 c. cider vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle fruit pectin
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in pan; boil 4 minutes.
    Remove and cool 1 minute.
    Add pectin and few drops of food coloring. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
    Delicious served atop Melba toast or round crackers spread with cream cheese.
