Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 onion, chopped
    5 sliced carrots
    5 cubed potatoes
Preparation
    Place above ingredients in a roaster and sprinkle with salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons tapioca granules.
    Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in one cup water and pour over.
    Cover and bake for 5 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven.
