Chicken Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/3 c. sour cream
    8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Separate the crescent dough into rectangles.
    Firmly press perforation to seal.
    Spoon 1/2 cup of meat mixture on one end of each rectangle.
    Fold dough in half.
    Press edges to seal. Brush with egg.
    Bake on ungreased pan 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
