Creamy Sausage Casserole With Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 12 oz. pkg. Hormel Little Sizzlers
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    4 c. milk
    1 - 2 oz. jar Hormel bacon pieces
    1 - 4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs
    1 - 5 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 - 12 oz. Hungry Jack buttermilk biscuits (cut into quarters)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large saucepan, crumble and brown sausage.
    Drain and set aside.
    In same pan, melt 6 Tbsp. butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
    Cook over low heat for 1 minute.
    Gradually whisk in milk and stir constantly until thickened.
    Add sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and pepper.
    Set aside. In bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, and salt.
    Melt remaining butter (2 Tbsp.) in skillet and add eggs, stirring until softly scrambled.
    Pour 1/3 of sauce into lightly greased pan and top with half of egg mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining sauce.
    Place biscuits on top of egg mixture with points up.
    Bake 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
