Tuscany Cavatelli(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. uncooked cavatelli
    1 1/2 c. diced plum tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento olives
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; omit salt. Drain and set aside. Combine tomatoes, olives, cheese, oil, vinegar, pepper and garlic in medium bowl. Stir in pasta until thoroughly coated. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 6 servings.
