No Weep Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch with cold water in small saucepan. Add boiling water. Cook until thick. Set aside to cool. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Add cooled cornstarch mixture. Continue beating until stiff. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat until well mixed. Add vanilla. Spread on pie. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown. Turn off heat. Let cool in oven with door open.
