Veal In Lemon Sauce(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. veal round steak, about 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut veal steak into 4 serving pieces.
    Pound until 1/4-inch thick.
    Coat with flour.
    Shake off excess flour.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine and the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Cook veal until tender and brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
