Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh medium mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1 tsp. Worcestershire and 1 tsp. white wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. or 1 oz. shredded American cheese
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Remove stems and chop.
    Reserve caps.
    Saute veggies and mushroom stems in 1/4 cup margarine in a skillet until tender.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce, wine, salt and pepper.
