Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix water, egg and melted butter, add salt.
On a floured board work the liquid mixture into the flour, kneading until the dough is very elastic and no longer sticks to board.
Cover with a warm bowl and let stand one hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
