Spiced Chicken And Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. anise, crushed
    dash of ground red pepper
    dash of ground cloves
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    soy sauce
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    1/2 c. broken walnuts
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in the order listed.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
