Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 1/4 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. melted shortening or cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
    Pour 1/4 cup batter for each crepe into hot nonstick pan.
    Cook until top is full of bubbles, edges dry and underside browned.
    Turn and brown second side.
    May be cooked ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for reheating at time of serving.
