Seafood Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Add egg.
    Gradually add milk; mix until smooth.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Heat pan; grease well. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter into pan.
    Cook slowly until batter is set and lightly browned.
    Turn; brown second side.
    Makes 4 pancakes.
