Microwave Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (4 medium) peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes, onion and water in covered 2-quart glass casserole, 16 to 18 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Combine milk and flour.
    Stir into vegetable mixture along with remaining ingredients.
