Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 large can peaches (reserve juice)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, except peaches, sugar and cream cheese.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into greased 8 or 10-inch pie plate.
Drain peaches, reserving juice.
Place peaches over batter.
