Country Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
3 slices white bread
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1 egg
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, saute oil, onions and celery.
Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with slotted spoon.
In large bowl, tear bread slices.
Add onion and celery mixture.
Add ground beef, carrot, salt, pepper, egg and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
Stir thoroughly to mix.
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, shape ground beef mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf; set aside.
