Homemade Butter Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes active dry yeast
1 cup sugar, divided
2 cups warm water (100 - 110 degrees)
1 cup butter, melted
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 1/2 to 9 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation

Stir yeast, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 cups warm water in a 4-cup glass measuring cup; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir together yeast mixture, butter and remaining sugar in a large bowl;
stir in eggs and salt.
Gradually stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover and chill eight hours.
