Little Wellingtons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. filet mignon, cut into 6 slices
butter or oil for browning
1 large onion, chopped
mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sherry or any good white wine
1 box Pepperidge Farm patty shells
Preparation

Saute filet slices in butter or oil unti lightly browned, cool. Saute onion and mushrooms in meat drippings.
Add sherry and reduce slightly.
Roll out patty shell until large enough to Cover meat. Place filet in the center of the pastry.
Top with tablespoons of mushroom mixture.
Cover meat.
Seal pastry with water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
