Diabetic Fruit And Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can peach halves (juice pack)
1/2 ripe small banana
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ice cubes
Preparation

In a blender container, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes; cover and blend until frothy.
Makes 2 (1 1/4 cups) servings.
In testing, we discovered that if we added a little vanilla to this shake, we did not need a sweetener.
