Ollie'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Softasilk cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. soft butter
3 c. sugar
7 eggs
8 oz. sour cream or 8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 heaping tsp. mace
Preparation

Sift flour and baking powder well (3 times).
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Then mix in the sour cream or cream cheese.
Combine flour mixture with the liquid mixture. Mix well until you do not feel the sugar grains.
Add the vanilla and lemon extract.
Add mace spice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done when tested using the toothpick method.
