Belgian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. can french style green beans
    1 16 oz. can white whole kernel (shoepeg) corn
    1 16 oz. can small green peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small red bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring sugar and vinegar to boil, let cool, add olive oil.
