Modesta Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Sauterne or vermouth
1/3 c. chicken or beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 Tbsp. parsley
