Chicken Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. chicken breast, boneless
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pound the chicken in order to tenderize it.
Pour half of the Worcestershire sauce on the breast and add the seasonings. Tenderize until chicken is thin and flat.
Broil both sides and add the rest of the sauce.
This makes 1 serving.
