Aunt Polly'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. meal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs together; add rest of ingredients and beat until mixed well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
If crust starts getting too brown, lay a sheet of tinfoil over pie until done.
