Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt.
    Bring to a boil over low heat.
    Pour hot syrup slowly over beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into deep dish pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
