Pineapple Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla and beat well.
    Stir in pineapple and coconut.
