Betty'S Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 slabs lean meaty spareribs
salt
pepper
garlic powder (optional)
pitted prunes
onion
2 Tbsp. water
peeled fresh potato chunks
Preparation

Season both sides of meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder (optional).
Lay one slab in bottom of Nesco or roasting pan with cover.
Put pitted prunes and onion and about 2 tablespoons water on spareribs and cover with other slab.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 about one hour.
Add peeled fresh potato chunks and more onion wedges.
Stir to get covered with pan juice.
Continue baking until done, ribs will be brown.
