Ingredients

1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. softened oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water.
Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Blend in eggs, softened oleo and vanilla.
Sift together and stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Spread in a greased, lightly floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
Cut in 2-inch squares.
