Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 small cabbage, shredded
    2 medium tomatoes, cut up
    1 onion, chopped or sliced thin
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 to 3 shredded carrots
    1 bag Fritos (regular size)
    1 large bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Mix or toss in a plastic bag just before serving.
    Add Catalina dressing and toss again in serving bowl.
    Serves 15 to 20.
