Apple Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. quick oats
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    6 c. chopped apples
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter together. Pat half of mixture into large, greased pie pan.
    Pour in apples. Cook 1 cup sugar, the cornstarch and water until thickened.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour over apples and cover with remainder of crumb mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
