Autumn Glory Apple-Cranberry Pie(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

pastry for a 9-inch 2 crust pie
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 c. sliced cooking apples (such as Jonathan, Golden Delicious or Winesap)
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (whole or chopped)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Prepare the pastry; divide into 2 portions.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of pastry.
Fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
Trim pastry 1/2 inch beyond edge of pie plate. Roll out remaining pastry for top crust; cover and set aside.
