Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
1 large egg
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 c. bread crumbs (plain)
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 green pepper, finely diced
Preparation

In a large bowl, place all of your meat, then all the ingredients that follow.
Mix with your clean hands.
Mix very well, then take about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the mixture in hand and roll until a ball forms.
You can either lightly fry the meatballs in olive oil, then put them in your spaghetti sauce, or you can put them in your sauce raw and let them simmer until they are cooked.
Either way, they are good.
Skim off the fat from your spaghetti sauce if you choose to cook them right in the sauce.
