Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced fresh peaches (6 to 8 medium)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 crust pie pastry
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Stir in peaches and lemon juice.
    Turn into pastry lined pie pan.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust.
    Slit, seal and flute covered edge of crust with foil to prevent overbrowning.
    Remove last 15 minutes of baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
