Chocolate Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 4 tsp. boiling water
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. plus 4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    8 unbeaten egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix cocoa with boiling water; set aside to cool.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
    In dry ingredients, make a well and add in order:
    Wesson oil, egg yolks, cooled cocoa mixture and vanilla.
