Dang Good Pie (Pineapple) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep pie crust (unbaked)
1 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (1 egg at a time).
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until center is solid.
Top with ice cream or Cool Whip or serve plain.
