Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    7 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Toss apples with water and lemon juice. Spoon into casserole and sprinkle with flour mixture. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serves 8.
