Venison Or Elk Finger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    soy sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    flour
    butter or bacon fat
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch wide strips and pound lightly with tenderizing hammer.
    Dip strips of mixture in half soy sauce and half Worcestershire sauce.
    Roll in flour and fry in butter or bacon fat.
