Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 carton sour cream
    1 small jar salsa (drain and use the tomatoes?)
    1 bag sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small can green chilies
    jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Make layers in order of ingredients. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
