Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean pork shoulder, cut in cubes or use leftover roast pork
    1 can pineapple chunks and juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1/4 c. vinegar
    rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in small amount of oil; add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and simmer until tender, about 60 minutes.
    Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple chunks, green pepper and onions.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice. If using leftover pork, it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to warm through.
