Creamy Ranch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-7 potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. ranch salad dressing
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt & pepper
    breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in quarters.
    Layer into bottom of 9X9 greased pan.
    In bowl, mix sour cream, ranch dressing and soup.
    Salt and pepper potatoes to taste and mix with soup mixture until well coated.
    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 300 degrees for 3 1/2
    hours.
    Can be made a day ahead, they keep great.
