Peaches & Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained (save 3 Tbsp. Juice)*
Preparation
    *(Peaches can be chopped in smaller pieces.)
