Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    If batter becomes too thick, more milk can be added.
    Fry in lightly greased skillet.
    Makes about 4 (6-inch) pancakes.
