Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. flake coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in a saucepan.
Add the milk and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add coconut and vanilla and cool.
Pour into pie shell.
