Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. tomato ketchup

Preparation

Mix vinegar or lemon juice, sugar and cornstarch.
Heat oil; add ketchup and rest of ingredients, stirring lightly, until thickened and boiling.
Refrigerate.
