Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix yeast and water.
Add buttermilk.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Bake as few or as many biscuits as you need at one time.
Keeps up to 2 weeks.
Pinch off dough and bake in greased muffin pans.
Rising is optional.
Bake 10 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
