Tangy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken pieces
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture to coat.
Fry in skillet in hot oil until browned on all sides.
