Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (use fresh lemon)
    1 egg
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 cloves garlic
    croutons
    2 heads romaine lettuce, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Place oil, pepper, lemon juice, egg and grated cheese in bowl. Use a garlic press to squeeze garlic juice into mixture.
    Mix dressing with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Tear lettuce into pieces and place in bowl. Add croutons and dressing and sprinkle with cheese.
    Remember to toss well.
